Keesha was absolutely amazing. My husband and I came in with a very difficult package and she helped us find a shipping solution very quickly. She went above and beyond with helping us! Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service. We will be utilizing this store for all of our shipping needs from now on.

The manager and people that work there are very nice. I have. Mailbox there and have all my packages shipped there since people were stealing packages off our door step. Best investment I’ve ever made. Also ship my wine club shipments there so I don’t have to worry about being home to sign.

I love the atmosphere in this store! Always friendly, great customer service and if no one is checking out at the counter they know my box number and get my mail for me before I can even get my keys out.

Overall good experience. I wish they kept the annual discount of long term customers as myself. Been there for 6 - 7 years and can use some loyalty discount for annual prepayments

Always treated with respect and staff is helpful. Found they can send USPS certified letters. Take AARP for mailing and copy costs.

I have been a client since 2009 and have never been treated the way I was today. The person helping me was uneducated about what they offer and don't. Kept insisting that I was wrong about everything I asked for today, even though they have done this in the past. Simple mailing a package turned into their "manager" telling me I was wrong, raising his voice at me and ultimately had to go to Staples where they had no issues with sending my package. Save a trip, don't bother going here!

I like that they save my mailing information. The places that I’ve frequently sent packages to. So easy & convenient. They’re usually pretty busy, but I appreciate that they greet me when I go in & acknowledge I’m there. My husband & I have lived in Normandy Park for 18 years. Love supporting our neighborhood businesses.

I have tried several UPS facilities in my near-Des Moines experience. I found this Burien store to be far superior. Recently I had a heritage wooden rocking chair to send to my dotter. I shopped at 3 different stores, but based on responses did NOT have confidence the furniture piece would be 'ok'.....the Burien store not only confidently took on the task; they also delivered the service expertly and right on time. I drive added distance right now just to benefit from their service.

Had to get a package delivered overnight and was had extreme sticker shock from a $150 price tag from FedEx. Went into The UPS Store and Anjit and Lee were super friendly and were able to give me better options. Definitely love this location and will keep giving them my business!

Horrendous customer service

Absolute idiots. They have no common sense or job knowledge.EDIT: This needs some explanation.First off: the Pros- The final product was exactly what I wanted and the staff were kind and professional speaking at all times.The Cons-The one day process took a WHOLE WEEK. The printing representative was evidently inexperienced. She did not know the standard global paper sizes, she thought "A0=eight zero=80 lbs paper" So when I said the largest paper size, she though I meant NOTE CARD size. Additionally each shift did not communicate to the next about the job so progress did not continue from one day to the next. I had to call once a day to keep the project moving. Initial contact was Monday and on Thursday I was notified that the printing was delay AGAIN so it would ship to me on Monday. I had to personally drive 45 minutes on Friday to the physical store to pick it up so I didn't have to wait three days for their incompetence. A true hair pulling experience for a $400 project.
